Newborn Baby Photos

How beautiful are newborn babies? Especially when they are your own! But all too often we become wrapped up in the full time job of parenting that we forget to stop and capture this amazing time of our lives! Newborns grow up too fast – they will remain beautiful and cuddly for a while yet but it doesn’t take long before that squishyness gives way to cuddlyness, then all of a sudden they are crawling, walking, and then stealing the car keys!

A Thousand Miles Photography specialise in newborn photography and baby photos – we have two of our own! – and will ensure those precious few weeks are captured forever. The best time for a newborn baby shoot is the first two weeks when they are more pliable and sleep more readily. We recommend feeding bub just before we get there and ensuring the room is nice and warm – this aids sleep and allows us to capture those beautifully cute photographs of your baby looking as innocent and sweet as the day they were born!
